Return policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Some of our products prevent us from accepting returns on downloadable items, screen-printing transfers, sublimation, or direct-to-film transfers. Printed as necessary, these prints have no set schedule since they are printed as needed. Refunds are available for in-stock screen print transfers minus a 15% processing fee. Screen print transfers must be returned to Maniak Prints before refunds can be processed. Upon accepting your return, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to return your package. If you return an item without requesting a return, we will not accept it.

Returns

To return an item, please email customer service at maniakprints@yahoo.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item and Proof of Purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • DTF
  • DIGITAL PRINTING
  • DIGITAL DOWNLOAD
  • GIFT CARDS

If a product is defective or damaged, please reach out to us using the given contact information to initiate a refund or arrange for an exchange.

Please Note

  • A $7.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • Screen Print Transfer 15% processing fee
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
